We’ve been working with Rich Mix for 10 years, programming live storytelling in London. We put on regular spoken word events in the main stage, in their beautiful studio theatre and in The Mix, our space for showcasing the best new voices, experiments & rarities from across the spoken word scene. Come for stand-up tale telling, riotous themes, alternative theatre and awesome stories.

The Crick Crack Club is the UK’s busiest and boldest programmer of live performance storytelling. We present shows that are inspired by or which reinterpet the stunning content of international fairytale, folktale, myth and epic for contemporay audiences. These are storytelling shows that deal with the juicy, messy and confusing business of being a human being.
Our Rich Mix London programme includes fairytales for grown-ups, urban legend, hardcore myth, our legendary annual lying contest and everything in between.
Our storytelling shows at Rich Mix are suitable for adults (teens aged 14+ or 16+), but you can find specific recommendations on each show listing.
